Our own mental models determine how we see the reality that surrounds us. Faced with any situation, we behave according to our understanding, interpretation and subjective perception of the objective reality that is in front of us.
In this context and according to our own mental models, when facing a challenge we can choose between three options: fight, flee or flow. Fighting and fleeing are two options that even when in the short term seem viable solutions, in the long term they are not sustainable over time, they undermine effectiveness and contribute little to the personal development of the individual. However, if we reach the state of "flow", we will be able to transform any situation into a challenge, enhancing our effectiveness, progressing in our personal development state and surpassing our own limits.
